DESCRIPTION OF WEEKLY MAINTENANCE TASKS: GROWING SEASON

MOWING
Mowing in the growing season is weekly (weather permitting).
Edging
Edging is done weekly during the growing season. Edging is split into two services that are rotated weekly.
- Week 1 – “bed lines” (where grass meets the pinestraw/bed areas)
- Week 2 – “hard lines” (where grass meets hard surfaces such as concrete driveways / curbs / sidewalks )
- Repeat
BLOWING
All areas blown upon completion of mowing and edging
Weed Control
Weed control IN BEDS is ongoing. Large weeds (over 4″) are pulled. Small weeds (under 4”) are treated with a herbicide. Two sections are treated per week (see map)
PRUNING
Pruning is weekly during the growing season. The communities are split into 4 sections. Each week, one section is pruned. The pruning round is a four-week rotation. The entire property is pruned once a month. See attached maps.
